Poppy Appeal activities

Each year around five million poppies are distributed to cities, towns and villages across the country. Our army of volunteers ensure that poppies and tins are on display in local shops, schools and businesses so that members of the public have the opportunity to make a donation for their poppy.  Our volunteers also help to organise collections in their local areas, from street to supermarket collections.  On Poppy Saturday, the day before Remembrance Sunday, our volunteers take to the streets for our nationwide street collection.
