Kick off your Poppy Appeal a little differently this year by taking part in the Dark Skies Galloway. On Saturday 21st October race under some of the darkest night skies in the world. In November 2009 the International Dark-Sky Association conferred Dark Sky Park status on the Galloway Forest Park, which was the first Dark Skies Park in Europe. So it is an ideal setting a challenging races of 29.5 miles or 14 miles starting from the Kirrroughtree Vistors Centre.

To enter Dark Skies please pay a registration fee of £40 (which you can pay here) to cover your place and fill in the form below. Your place will not be confirm until we have received your registration fee.
