The Great Scottish Run

The best run in all the West and as part of the famous Great Run Series you will be treated so well you just might get hooked on running! The Series was made famous by the Great North Run but they didn’t really know what North was until they pitched in Glasgow.  It’s a super series of events and a really family friendly event so make a difference in your life this year and take on the Great Scottish Run!

Half Marathon on the 2nd

10k on the 2nd

Junior events from 100m – 2.5k on the 1st

How much does it cost?:  There are no charity assured places for this run so you would need to pay your entry but we will support you all the way!

Half Marathon: £34

10K: £27

2.5k: £8 (ages 9-15)

1mile: £8 (ages 3-8)

100m: free (up to 3)

How much should I raise?:

We do ask that all Team Poppy runners do their best to raise money to help those in the Armed Forces Community who are in most need.  Please look at the following as a guide:

Half Marathon: £250

10K: £100

2.5K: £50

1mile: £25
