Dark Skies Galloway

Run under the darkest skies in the UK in the Dark Skies Run at Galloway, taking place on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th October.  This is a truly fantastic and unique opportunity to run under Scotland’s darkest skies!

In November 2009 the International Dark-Sky Association conferred Dark Sky Park status on the Galloway Forest Park, which was the first Dark Skies Park in Europe.

The LIGHT 29 mile run takes place on Sunday 14th October 2018.

The 10K and the DARK 14 mile run will be held on Saturday 13th October 2018.
