If you make regular donations or send a one off cash donation to Poppyscotland and pay UK Tax, Gift Aid is a great way to make your donation worth even more to a member of the Armed Forces community.

Gift Aid costs you nothing, and allows us to claim 25p more for every £1.00 you donate to Poppyscotland. You must be a UK taxpayer, and have paid enough Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the year of your donation to cover the amount of Gift Aid we claim.

Simply complete the form below or please contact supporter care by email or by phoning 0131 550 1542 (Mon-Fri 9am-4.30pm).

Please remember that you can cancel your declaration at any time. If you need to cancel for any reason (for example, you are no longer a UK taxpayer), then you can do so by contacting supporter care by email or by phoning 0131 550 1542 (Mon-Fri 9am-4.30pm).

Gift Aid Declaration Form

  • Make your donation worth more at no extra cost to you.

  • If you are a taxpayer, you can make your donation worth more with Gift Aid. For every pound you give to us, we get an extra 25 pence from HM Revenue and Customs. Just sign and date below. It’s that simple.

  • I confirm I have paid or will pay an amount of UK Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities that I donate to will reclaim on my gifts for that tax year. I understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify. I understand the charity will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give.

  • Please notify us in the future if you no longer pay sufficient tax or want to cancel this declaration.
